This webinar introduces participants to good practices identified by the World Resources Institute (WRI) during their four-year Measurement and Performance Tracking (MAPT) project, which helps enhance national capacities in developing countries to measure GHG emissions and track performance toward low-carbon development goals. The WRI analysis draws upon case studies authored by inventory experts from Brazil, Colombia, India, Mexico, and South Africa. The second presentation provides an overview of the National GHG Inventory System developed in South Africa.
