Short Description

This presentation was shared at the Asia LEDS Forum 2014 on November 12, 2014 in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. It provides an introduction to the World Bank’s National Climate and Disaster Screening Tool, developed in 2014 as a high-level systematic screening process for identifying impacts of climate change and disaster risks to key sectors that are critical to poverty reduction and economic development. The tools provide national and sectoral approaches for assessing risk, designed for IDA-financed operations but also applicable for a broad range of development projects. The tools are available at https://climatescreeningtools.worldbank.org/.
