The International Partnership on Mitigation and MRV and the UNDP Low Emission Capacity Building Programme have the pleasure to invite you to the next webinar on the Global Good Practice Analysis 2.0 on INDCs, LEDS, NAMAs and MRV systems:
This webinar will discuss the role and importance of commitment and leadership at the highest level: this includes the endorsement or direct support of state entities, ministries and the Presidents or Prime Ministers in mitigation-related processes. Why is it important? – High political commitment allows for awareness-rising across important stakeholders, it is essential when it comes to advocate sensitive issues towards decision makers and creates a solid basis for political and private sector processes in general.
This is a webinar series which will present our main findings and lessons learned from the global good practice cases. Country representatives will provide practice-based insights into effective approaches to achieving mitigation at the country level and showcase lessons learnt from selected cases.
Register here to join the webinar. It will take place from 3pm – 4pm CET
